With the construction and development of trans-section section continuously welded rail,the CWR on bridge has become one of the key technologies in railway engineering,and there is a very important theoretical and practical engineering value that studing the calculation method and distribution of the additional longitudinal force on bridge CWR.In this paper,according to the practical condition of engineering of the gan-shao railway CWR on bridge,the 3-D finite element models of CWR on different forms of bridge have been established,and the longitudinal force and pier force distribution of the T-beam bridge and U-shaped beam bridge,equivalent section bridge and variable section bridge,double track bridge and arch bridge have been studied respectively,especially rail breaking force has been studied in static and dynamic procedure.The type and layout of expanding device has been discussed.The contents and the results of this paper the study are as follows:1.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the program establishing the spatial mechanical model of CWR on bridge has been written.2.According to the practical condition of engineering of the shao-gan railway CWR on bridge,through the calculation of the CWR longitudinal force on the T-beam bridge and U-shaped beam bridge,the CWR longitudinal force and pier force distribution on different beating forms have been obtained;through the calculation of the CWR longitudinal force on equivalent section bridge or variable section bridge,the differences and relations of the CWR longitudinal force and pier force have been obtained;through the analysis of the CWR longitudinal force and pier force distribution on double track bridge and arch bridge,the force conditions of the different rails and piers in different cases have been obtained;the longitudinal force characteristics and the stress characteristics of the piers on arch bridge have been computed and analyzed.3.Analyze and summarize the CWR on different types of bridge maximum deflection force location.4.Through the analysis of rail breaking force on static or dynamic procedure,the relationships of rail breaking force in the static and dynamic procedure have been obtained. 5.Through the studies of the layout of expanding device,the preferred plan of the layout of expanding device and the regularity of the influence of the layout of expanding device for longitudinal force has been obtained.
