Construction schedule management is the central content in construction organization plan, which affects the construction time and investment. The traditional representation methods of schedule are gantt chart, network chart,S curve, etc. With the engineering scale increasing constantly, construction techniques and management level are improving, progress report with graphic gets more and more attention, and has become one symbol of project management modernization with its vivacity and brevity form.At the beginning,we analyze the development of project management software in china and abroad, focus on the manner of schedule controls, and put forward to use graphic as a form of construction report and comparison;we study geometric parameters of major structures in railway engineering, and draw 3D graphics with this parameters;we study and set up conversion relationship between schedule data and geometric graphics, translate schedule data into completed size of graphics,in this way we form the schedule graphics of structures. At the same time,we consummate other functions of visualized schedule management system,do our best to offer users a lovely and intuitive tool of schedule management.Include:with the basis of schedule graphics,we can give a way to compare planned schedule and practical schedule;set up the terrain model around structures with DTM technology, which can make the schedule be more reality;we can call out all structure graphics of the whole engineer, combine them with terrain model, form the whole 3D model of this line;besides,we offer a rotary way of browsing, with the structure graphic circumrotating,we can observe them in different angle of view.
