In this paper, fuzzy set theory to engineering problems in water conservancy project construction schedule control were studied. The main research content and results are as follows: 1 For water conservancy construction time, quality, cost-related research, they are carried out linear analysis, by their function, more intuitive understanding of their relationship.2 Because water conservancy construction schedule along with the randomness and fuzziness,water conservancy construction schedule subject to various constraints,I review a lot of relevant literature,summarizes the approximate five factors,they are the human factors, environmental factors, technical factors, financial factors, social factors. Their impact on the construction period, quality and costs play a decisive role,I established the evaluation index system to find out a short time, low cost, high quality of the optimal solution, quantitative methods proposed of water conservancy construction progress plan optimization. 3 By combining engineering examples,verify the application of fuzzy recognition model to optimize water project schedule is feasible and effective。...
