The noise of the high-pressure pump mainly comes from two parts-high-pressure pump and the motor.Noise controlling should be operated on the pump motors and high-pressure pump.The FEM,BEM theory is combined with vibration isolation and damping technology to analyze the noise of the high-pressure pump motor,and the effective control of noise propagation scheme is put forward in this paper.Firstly:Establish finite element simulation model for high-pressure pump motors.According to the principle of finite element,apply 3D drawing software and finite element software to establish the finite element simulation model of the high-pressure pump,for high-pressure pump noise analysis.Secondly:A acoustic and vibration analysis software is used to make high-pressure pump vibration noise analysisMake simulation of the noise and vibration with FE software MSC.PATRAN and BE software SYSNOISE,and proof the model correct.Thirdly:Put forward the high-pressure pump noise control schemeMake spectrum analysis of the results of the vibration and noise,put forward the noise control scheme.Fourth:Simulate and analyze the modified modelModify the model according to the structure changed measures and analyze it again with the software,and get the results of changed structure.Finally:Noise effect assessmentCompare the results of noises measured and the ones after structure changed,and evaluate of the noise control measures for implementing the effect of noise.
