Innovated Empirical Research Designed By Chinese Architecture Firm In Modern China

Architecture firm plays an important role in architecture designing industry in China.Many excellent designs have been done after a number of researches and practices.Architecture designing organization is a critical component of architecture firm.Combining with the development of Architecture firm,this paper objectively describes and records projects that operated in architecture firm based on their practical research.Hopefully it can encourage new idea and design in architecture.This paper is based on a number of practical cases,especially methodology of design organizing and process of public architecture projects.It is looking for a model that would suitable for public architecture designing.It could be a useful guide for social responsibility,the spirit of innovation,office environment,service model design(the quality of personnal,rationalization of staffing,standardized procedures,team organization),organization model(project management model,team formed the core competitiveness,designed to build a standardized platform),operating procedures of the project,center set up characteristics,human resources management,design of the scope of management,design quality management,risk management,etc in the architecture firm.
