Basing on the distribution network of three neutral grounding analysis, this paper points out the grounding of its operating characteristics and problems. In the neutral Non-grounding system, the electromagnetic voltage transformer (PT) caused by ferroresonance over-voltage is the most common internal over-voltage caused by the accident, and which seriously affect the safe operation of the distribution network.By analyzing principle of the distribution network of PT Ferroresonance, this paper points out measures of common eliminate resonance and suppression. As the traditional computer-based harmonic elimination typically are based on 8-bit or 16-bit single-chip processor which do not meet the needs of the development of modern power grid. In this paper, basing on the traditional computer-based harmonic elimination device, design a DSP-based distribution network ferroresonance PT monitoring and suppression to protect the integration of devices. The device core is using 32-bit DSP chip TMS320F2812 of American TI Company. The device designs its hardware and software, through a combination of DSP algorithm, and using MATLAB / Simulink to have done a simulation study.Compared with other resonance elimination devices, the new DSP-based PT ferroresonance suppression device has the advantages of simple structure ,price cheap, versatility, high reliability, and which has good application prospects in electric power system.
