Temperature is an important factor influencing the design and construction control of bridge structure. There have been prescribed the temperature load on the different structure styles of bridge in some countries, general cod for design of highway bridges. There are only several researches on temperature effect of concrete filled steel tube, and the standard of design and calculation have not been formed. This paper focused on the temperature distribution of concrete filled steel tube arch section during its service phase under solar radiation. Refer to several domestic experiments about temperature distribution of CFST under solar radiation. General finite element program ANSYS was used to found model on the experiment of chongqing jiaotong university. This paper based on experimental data and simulate solutions. Based on the temperature field analysis of members about different diameter, we found that the highest temperature difference over the cross sections become greater and greater by the diameter . Protracting the temperature gradient curve and getting the function about the curve based on the analysis solutions.
