AUV contains a lot of equipment,such as navigation computers,the depth of dollars,collision avoidance sonar,communications and sonar propulsion, steering gear and so on.In the actual operation,the equipment failure may affect AUV run due to a variety of reasons,so the detection and accurate positioning of the failure have a theory and practical significance to ensure the normal running of the AUKThis paper mainly focuses on the study of failure diagnosis of DC load in AUV and it can be divided into three parts.First,it looks through some relevant files to get the collision avoidance sonar,the depth of dollars,the equivalent circuit diagram of the sonar communication and sets them as study subjects for failure analysis.Second,using the output current of equipment power supply as the working situation of the equipment for testing signal diagnosis,wavelet algorithm as a method of failure diagnosis,the equipment failure can be determined through the analysis of the current signal.Third,in Matlab,using simulation model of collision avoidance sonar, the depth of dollars,communications sonar,the output current wave of the equipment power supply can be got;and then using wavelet toolbox in Matlab to deal with current signals,the maximum of the wavelet can be received when three load failure happens.Through Modulus maximum of wavelet analysis, classification,human machine interface,and inputting wavelet modulus maximum,the equipment failure can be determined.Based on the special circumstances of AUV,it uses wavelet analysis as fault detection algorithm,detects the failure with current signals, checks the current change of DC power output through the additional current testing equipment in the output of the power,and determine the AUV DC Load equipment running situation according to the current changes so that the fault detection can be more simple and effective.The simulation results show that using wavelet transform can reflect the point of failure clearly and direct the specific equipment failure through human-computer interface.
