With the development of science and technology, the structure of the machineryand equipment becomes more and more complex, more sophisticated, and more andmore to be applied to large-scale projects. If the mechanical equipment failure, it willcause great damage and harm. Machinery and equipment fault diagnosis technologyhas become very important. Traditional diagnostic techniques have been unable tomeet the diagnostic requirements of current complex machinery and equipment, faultdiagnosis technique based on wavelet analysis has been widely used in the modernfault diagnosis. This article is based on the wavelet transform to study the faultdetection system.The paper firstly proposed the importance and practical significance of the faultdiagnosis, followed by a brief description of the current diagnostic methods andstructures. Then, study the method of designing system signal conditioning modules,the system output signal frequency is unknown, so design the Butterworth anti-aliasingfilter based on switched-capacitor filter; for the signal amplitude is unknown, thispaper design adjustable gain amplifier circuit; in order to reduce the common modesignal and the interference of the external circuit, the design of the differential inputhigh-speed ADC circuit and isolation circuits based on the6N137.In this paper fault diagnosis system architecture is designed, which focuses on theFPGA implementation of wavelet transform, and design the program structure basedon Mallat algorithm. Adopting fully parallel distributed algorithm to achieve the FIRfilter, and on this basis, design pipelined adder institutions. Optimize the structure ofthe look-up table, the system operating frequency is greatly enhanced. The paperdesign the common discrete wavelet transform (DWT) of the FPGA structure, on thebasis of implementing a particular wavelet function.Finally, simulation and analysis the system design, do experimental analysis inthe experimental platform. Explain the experimental result.
