Preliminary Study On Human Settlements Of The Leisure Building For The Aged

Population aging has become a burning social problem of our country. While, the current mode of endowment has so many disadvantages. Therefore, exploring new type of old age supportion and constructing environment being suitable for old people is the prime objective.The paper firstly makes comprehensive analysis with aspects of old people's physical condition, economy situaiton and mind demand. Datas showed that, the old people have a certain economic strength, and they need to be enjoy with their leisure life. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current modes of endowment, the paper put forwards that the mode of live out old age leisurely is a positive contributor to current modes. Also, according to old people attending leisure activities on their own currently, it divided this new type into three kinds.By drawing on the experience and comparing buildings for the aged of the East with the West, combining with the condition of China, the article sumed up four characteristics and developing directions to be green,intelligent and informative of the leisure building; With the informations of our country's environmental construction for old people get from investigating on the spot, the designing Principle and strategic of Human Settlements of The leisure building for the aged in our country are systematically illustrated from the view of environment for human settlement.At last, economic region of old age supportion in Junzhuang town, Mentougou district, Beijing city as an example to introduced in detail. Using the former theory into practice, have verified the feasibility of the theory with construction of environment for human settlement and provide references for the construction projects on similar condition.
