| With the rapid development trend of China’s population aging,the elderly living environment is facing a significant crisis.The circumstance is mainly caused by the serious imbalance between the supply and demand of the elderly living environment,the lack of appropriate aging residential and elderly communities,and imperfect oldage security.At present,many developed countries in the world are committed to exploring the aging of society for the idea of each person’s general living,the residential design method has been widely used.Since entering into the aging society,China has been committed to the elderly in a high quality living environment,"appropriate age" gradually into the public view and the construction industry.However,it is still in the stage of exploratory and researching,which also makes the design of old residential fitness an urgent research direction.This assignment is carried out on study the suitability for the old residential buildings renovation in Shanghai through a questionnaire survey of 297 elderly people who has lived in Pudong New Area,Shanghai.The survey data analysis appears that the willingness of this part of elderly people on the living environment of the residential environment,as well as the willingness in newly renovated in existing house,which provides an important basis for the further studies.In the first chapter,the object of the study,the goal of the research,the research content and method are clarified.The second chapter,based on the questionnaire data,providing analysis and studying on the physical comfort of the elderly in the living residence environment.The third chapter,through questionnaire data,analyzing the willingness of the comfort zone in mind of elderly on the elderly living residence environment.The fourth chapter of the paper,through the questionnaire data,analyzing the willingness of the elderly on the renovation of existing housing.In the fifth chapter,to summarizing old people’s willingness in living in elder living environment,and put forward some suggestions for the future reconstruction of the existing residential buildings. |
