As the development of China, more and more investment is ploughed into the foundation construction. The transport tunnel project, as an important part of the field,has been paid more attention and get a wide range of applications. A large number of highway tunnels and railway tunnels are constructed, and the tunnel project will become a concern of the civil engineer.This paper used the combination of the theoretical,Site monitoring trial and mathematical statistics methods, carried out the tunnel deformation monitoring systematically. First of all, the study of deformation theory, focused on the time and space effects of rock, rock deformation factors, as well as the rock deformation and failure mechanisms, combined with space-time effect,the deformation monitoring curve will be classified into four stages: uniform deformation stage, the stage of steady development, speed up the mutation and destruction stages phases. Secondly, analysised the importance of rock deformation monitoring, combined with tunnel monitoring technology , According to the basis of monitoring project, focused on the convergence around, dome subsidence, surface subsidence monitoring technology. On information processing, analysised the indicators of the deformation monitoring , madingdeformation monitoring baseline of Integrated strain rate ratio , allowed displacement and allowed rate. Finally, combinationed the with JiCha highway Malichang tunnel monitoring projiect ,I did studies as follows: (1)by Statisticsing and analysising the on-site monitoring data and on-site dynamic construction site information, a series of studies was done on the characteristics of tunnel rock deformation, obtained the rock deformation law over time and space changes, made a reasonable period of time of the second liner; (2)Analysis of the hole surface deformation monitoring was carried out to evaluate the stability of surface conditions and the reasonableness of the construction; (3)Using the monitoring benchmarks to evaluate the stability of rock deformation and the effectiveness of designing. Analysis of the results of its work with the actual situation is more in line .Through monitoring and information feedback, let us have a better understanding of on the highway tunnel surrounding rock deformation characteristics,the tunneling security has been offered important technical and theory support and offered the reliable technologicalbasis for optimization of tunneling design parameter.
