As a big transportation country,China has well-developed transportation network,covering the whole country and extending in all directions.In recent years,the construction of various kinds of highway,railway and other basic engineering is increasing day by day,which stimulated the sustainable development of the national economy.Tunnel engineering,as an important part of it,has gradually attracted people’s attention.However,due to the simplication of traditional tunnel monitoring method and the shortcomings of data processing method,it is difficult to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.Various tunnel collapse accidents occured from time to time,which not only endangered the safety of people’s lives,but also caused huge economic losses.In the light of the existing problems at present,the research and development of information system for tunnel safety monitoring is of great significance to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.This paper takes the Taihu Tunnel project as a research case.On the basis of analyzing the function requirements of the information system,it deeply studied the key technologies and methods in the system development process.The research contents and results can be summarized as below:(1)Using a new development mode “PHP + Apache + My SQL”,this paper designed an information system based on B/S architecture for Taihu tunnel construction safety monitoring,which integrated data processing,data analysis,graphic visualization and risk warning.The system solved the problems of slow operation and unstable performance under the traditional development mode.(2)It studied the storage and management methods of various data in the construction process of Taihu tunnel.By establishing the corresponding relationship of "date-data-construction condition",it realized the storage,management and access of Taihu tunnel construction monitoring data deployed on cloud server and My SQL.Considering the original point cloud data,target cloud data and target center data,it proposed a three-layer structure management method,which improved the management efficiency and ensured the data security.(3)It studied the fundamental of front-end technology,data communication technology and three-dimensional model visualization technology,which realized the management and visual expression of monitoring data.Several common deformation analysis methods were used to study the deformation law of monitoring points,such as regression analysis,gray model and BP neural network.Also,it realized the dynamic deformation curve of monitoring points based on user feedback by calling Echarts graphical interface.(4)It proposed a dynamic risk assessment method for the Taihu Tunnel,which evaluated the tunnel safety by establishing mathematical model of the tunnel risk.In addition,the warning mechanism of the system can promptly feed back the warning information to the monitoring stuff in order to ensuring the safety of the entire construction.
