As the social economic development and the increase of volume traffic and heavy load, highway has widely appeared damaged phenomena. Therefore, in order to prolong its service life,we should take some measures such as maintaining and improving its quality based on technique to improve its grade. Science estimate and beforehand of pavement performance shoud be established . the text develop the aspect studys aim at the fact question .It has theory and project meaning. At refer experience correlation's literature of inside and outside base,the paper imported bottom empty and complex platform's index of estimate. And to standardize the evaluation of the model was improve d, And through examples of comparative analysis,the experiences prove it more conforms to the actual condition of the pavement.In view of the current road performance evaluation of the mathematical model is no good solution to the evaluation factors between the level of the road and complex non-linear relationship , In the process of evaluation of the needs of the weight of man-made design,Limiting the generality of the evaluation model, etc. the paper bring forward SVM as classification techniques model for cement Pavement performance assessment . It combine the result of measure cement pavement of leiyi and changyi highway in Hunan province,The application of model performance evaluation of the road, and with the traditional model were compared, The results showed that the application of support vector machine classification model to evaluate the performance of the road to good enough to make up for the traditional model, It shows that SVM method is in accordance with the objective reality.the traditional model can not be achieved and a good prediction accuracy and speed training, the impact on the reliability of the results. In this paper, support vector machine regression prediction model to predict the performance of the road, It combine the result of measure cement pavement of leiyi and changyi highway in Hunan province,Application of the performance prediction model with the traditional model were compared, The result of the experiments shows that the method based on SVM is more precise compared to the traditional model .
