Grounding Grid Covered With Special Materials And Its Application

Using the corrosion mechanism, the corrosion problem of substation grounding grid in cangzhou area has been studied in this paper. First, the author analyses the anticorrosion technical of substation grounding grids, which is used in eastern coastal areas. From aspects of performance index, application effect, technical features and fabrication process, this paper give a further investigation of a new kind of grounding grids with salt and alkali tolerance. Second, through analyzing the technology application and investment benefit at home and abroad, the author presents that the new grounding grid with salt and alkali tolerance has good feasibility and practicability. The author also discusses laying scheme and construction technology of this grounding grid. Third, considering that real lifetime of this grounding grid cannot be proved in a short period because of short application time, this paper introduces an investigating method for further research. The paper provides theoretical and practical basis for application of this new anticorrosion material, which can prolong equipment life, ensure grounding grid running safely and reduce investment cost.
