The conversion efficiency of silicon photovoltaic cells is inversely proportional to its temperature. This article led to the hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) solar systems. That is, the fluid channel installed on the back of the battery can extraction the heat away in order to reduce the battery temperature.The text introduces the operating principle and system model of two primary models of photovoltaic thermal systems: PV?T water systems and PV?T air systems. By comparing the calculation results, we can draw the conclusion that the PV/T systems have the advantage on the suppression of temperature rise. In this paper, I made two cooling methods of photovoltaic template, selected a more reasonable plan to build test-bed for experimental research, and got the relationship between the template temperature and solar radiation intensity,light duration,the rate of water flow,temperature. Using these data I drew charts. By analyzing, concluded that in different light conditions, the effect extent of various factors on temperature.
