Reverse Design And Simulation Process Of Oil Pump Box Based On Mastercam

This paper aims at the development and application of reverse design (RD) in international and natural field. We take the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) as the tool, take the software Mastercam as platform and take fast recovery the original geometry parameter as our aim. Reaches for curve and surface theory, and analyzes the curve fitting. Analyzing and comparing the different ways of CMM creating coordinate system, we get a way which fits for our design. Introduces the detailed steps of the box parts measuring and simulates curve fitting. At the same time, analyzes and compares the 11 kinds of way of Mastercam surface finish processing. And finally, provides the normal way from creating body, simulating process to post processing of oil pump box parts.
