ICT (Industrial Computerized Tomography) is one of the best nondestructive detection methods currently, but it hasn't been widely used in the field of nondestructive detection of solid rocket engine. The main reason is that it costs too much time for each detection, so the detection efficiency is lower and the detection cost is too high to endure for manufacturer. Aiming at this problem, we use a reconstruction inspection plan to reduce the detection time, in which there is the key technology--- the local image reconstruction of rocket engine of ICT slices. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. The partial CT image reconstruction algorithm is studied, and has analyzed the non-local property of Fourier transform, because the wavelet analysis has the partial analysis ability merit, has studied emphasizly the algorithm based on the wavelet transformation partial CT image reconstruction, The result of algorithm simulation obtained the ideal simulation partial reconstruction result finally.2. Based on the pretreatment of the actual projection data, in view of the big work piece rocket engine's projection data huge characteristic, this paper uses the fixed-point reconstruction fast algorithm, which analysis from the interest region's pixel and takes out the related data from all projection data, It only carries on the wavelet partial reconstruction to interest region projection data. And through improving algorithm, raised the reconstruction speed, and obtained the ideal reconstruction image.3. One algorithm which unifies the wavelet transformation and the Wiener filter using in projection data pretreatment is studied. Because the wavelet trans- formation has the multi- resolution analysis characteristic, through control from wavelet multi-criterion analysis and the wavelet coefficient, and unify the Wiener filter's characteristic having the most superior performance on MSE,propose one kind of the two unify method using in projection data denoising pretreatment. Carrying on the experiment to this algorithm, the results show that after noise reduction, the reconstruction image subjective quality has distinct improvement, and the reconstruction image's noise obtains suppresses effectively. Comparing Wiener filter with wavelet denoising method, the peak value signal-to-noise ratio has the distinct enhancement. In peak value signal-to-noise ratio aspect,it can enhance 5-12dB compared to Wiener filter,Medium filter and the traditional wavelet noise reduction algorithm.
