Superfine Bi4Ti3O12 was prepared by coprecipitation,ammonium azide(AA),copper,lead,iron,nickel,bismuth salts of 3,5-dinitrobenzoic aicd and 2,4-dinitrobenzoic acid(35DNBCu,35DNBPb,35DNBFe,35DNBNi,35DNBBi,24DNBCu,24DNBPb,24DNBFe,24DNBNi,24DNBBi)were synthesized.They were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM and sedimentograph.The results showed that the particles of Bi4Ti3O12 were almost Orthorhombic system,and their sizes were about 100 nm,respectively,and in good dispersion,AA,35DNBCu,35DNBPb,35DNBFe,35DNBNi,35DNBBi,24DNBCu,24DNBPb,24DNBFe,24DNBNi,24DNBBi have good purity.To detect the burning property of solid propellent at high pressure,the method of using the closed bomb to detect solid propellant's burning rate was studied,and one corresponding Visual Basic programme was compiled to manipunate the experimental data.It turned out that, using the ceratic tube and the clunch as liner can prevent the profile of the solid propellanlent from burning,and controlling the loading density and length accurately and chosing the starting point and the ending point of combustion in the p~t curve accurately can get one steady conclution.Using different specification of ceratic tube to control the propellant's diameter can get the combustion property at different pressure.Compared to conventional burning rate measurement this method was simple,fast and has a wise experimental pressure.The catalysis performance of Superfine Bi4Ti3O12,AA,35DNBCu,35DNBPb,35DNBFe,35DNBNi,35DNBBi,24DNBCu,24DNBPb,24DNBFe,24DNBNi,24DNBBi on RDX/AP/HTPB propellant were studied,and the results showed that:they have different catalyzing effect.Especially,35DNBFe,24DNBFe can not only improve the burning rate at low and high pressure,but also reduce the pressure exponent;35DNBNi,24DNBPb canimprove the burning rate at low pressure,and ruduce the pressure exponent.Otherwise, their catalysis performance on thermal decompasition of RDX/AP/HTPB propellant were studied by DSC,the results showed that 35DNBFe and 24DNBFe ruduced the high decompose temperature of AP by 23℃and 32.55℃,35DNBNi and 24DNBPb reuduced the decompose temperature of RDX by 12.23℃and 7℃.
