As an important means of economic dispatch of modern power system, Optimal Power Flow bases on mathematical optimization theory and power flow equation. Models take full account of the economic indicators and safe and stable operation of restraint. With Chinese electricity market gradually establishing and perfecting, Optimal Power Flow seeks to perfect combination of economy and security, but also plays an important role.Because separate optimization of network loss or electricity fare is not necessary the best mode, only optimizing multiple objectives at the same time has a more practical significance. In view of the characteristic of the open generation electricity market, the traditional optimal power flow model has been improved. Taking into account three objective functions-the smallest network loss, the lowest fare of purchasing active and reactive power, the paper has established a multi-objective optimal power flow model.In allusion to the above multi-objective optimal power flow model, the paper introduces the multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory, determines the objective function's subject function, and translates multi-objective optimization model into single-objective optimization model with greatest satisfactions.Organically combining Immune Clonal Optimization Algorithm with Mutative Scale Chaotic Optimization Algorithm, the paper formed Immune Clonal Chaotic Optimization Algorithm, and applied to optimal power flow calculations. This algorithm uses the clonal selection operator and the exchange mutation operator to achieve the outstanding antibody of expansion, hyperplasia and evolution. It uses antibody added operator to achieve the diversity of antibodies, and choose the optimal antibody by the survival expectation which is composed of the affinity function and the concentration of antibodies. It also takes the mutative scale chaos search method for the disturbance of the antibody. Through the above operation, the results not only avoid falling into local optimal solution and quickly converge to the global optimal solution, but also speed up the search speed and improve their overall performance.In Matlab7.0 simulation platform, the paper carried out simulation and verification by IEEE14, 30 standard examples. The results show that the improved optimal power flow model can achieve optimal economy and security under electricity market. Immune Clonal Chaotic Optimization Algorithm for solving optimal power flow model is feasible and efficient.
