Construction energy conservation has been prevailing all around the world, and it is being the underlying trend in the modern development of architecture. Simultaneously, more comfortable environment and higher air quality in the buildings are required by people, nowadays people are seeking the air-conditioning system which is more comfortable, healthier and more energy-saved. A new air-conditioning system with dedicated outdoor air system and ceiling radiant cooling panels has just conformed to the advancement with the times, the system intent is to use the dedicated outdoor air system to meet the ventilation requirements, remove the entire space latent load, meet the space sensible loads with the ceiling radiant cooling panels without condensation concerns. Therefore, it can not only guarantee the favorable air quality, but also has the performance of saving energy.This paper has attempted to establish the mathematical model about heat transfer process of ceiling radiant cooling panels, and analyzed the influence caused by each structural parameter of ceiling radiant cooling panels , so that these could supply the theoretical support for the design and structural parameter's choice of ceiling radiant cooling panels. This paper has simply analyzed the calculation process of the design about the new air-conditioning system through an example and established each load. This paper has established the office's physical model and mathematical model, and simulated the temperature field as well as the velocity field in the office. This paper has also made a numerical simulation of the indoor thermal comfort about the new air-conditioning system with dedicated outdoor air system and ceiling radiant cooling panels, and then adopted PMV-PPD index and ADPI(Air Diffusion Performance Index) to evaluate the thermal comfort of the office.
