In recent years,radiant cooling as a new type of air-conditioning,it has the advantages of environment-friendly and low energy consumption.The comprehensive economic benefits are better than traditional air conditioning,and it has been successfully applied to the Zhujiang New Town and other large public buildings.As the comfort and energy saving effect of such system is closely related to climate characteristics,building types and the quality of engineering.Especially in the area of high temperature and humidity,if the design is not proper,there will be condensation,affecting indoor sanitation and other technical risks.Therefore,this paper takes a comprehensive hospital renovation project in Guangzhou as the research object,to analyzes the running effect and actual problems of ceiling radiant cooling panels system in the medical building through theoretical analysis,field test and software simulation analysis,it provides a useful reference for the application and development of such air conditioning systems in medical buildings in Guangzhou.First of all,takes Guangzhou as an example to study the energy consumption of medical buildings,and understand the existing problems of medical building air conditioning system in this area.Next,the heat transfer mechanism and heat transfer process of ceiling radiant cooling panels system are summarized.The indoor thermal comfort evaluation is introduced,Then,the energy saving analysis of the scheme of ceiling radiant cooling panels system is carried out,and the results show that the system saves 13.3% energy than the fan coil system and fresh air.Last,through the test to understand the actual operation of the system and the existing problems that high temperature and humidity and ceiling radiant cooling panels condensation.The specific reason for these problems is that: first,the actual occupant densit and equipment power density are bigger than the design value,which making the load is small,the end of cooling panels capacity is insufficient;Second,the relative position of the hot source and the air outlet is unreasonable,so the top of the room hot and humid air cannot bedischarged in time;Third,In the actual operation,the control system of ceiling radiant cooling panels system is not accurate,and the refrigerating water flow and the fresh air can not be adjusted in time according to the change of indoor temperature and humidity.According to the problems of field test,taking the physiotherapy area as an example,the phoenics simulation software is used to optimize the air supply parameters,such as: the temperature of ceiling radiant cooling panels,the relative position of the indoor heat source and the new return air outlet.the optimal conclusion is : first,in order to avoid cooling panels condensation,and meet the needs of cooling and indoor comfort,the ceiling radiant cooling panels temperature should be set at 18 ℃;fresh air parameters: temperature 17 ℃,relative humidity 55%;Second,reasonable arrangement the position of air inlet,air outlet and indoor heat and humidity source,which is not only timely discharge of the top of the hot and humid air,but also effectively prevent cooling panels condensation.Therefore,meet the following situations: the accurate temperature and relative humidity automatic control system,standard construction,reasonable operation management system,the application of cold radiation air conditioning system is feasible in medical buildings in Guangzhou through accurate calculation of the terminal radiant cooling capacity and fresh air volume,and reasonable arrangement of air port.
