Electrical Differential Control System as an important part of the Driving Control System in Electric Vehicle, it plays a very important role in promoting the development process of electric vehicles. In-Wheel Motor Drive Electric Vehicle as a new electric vehicle, directly installed motor in the wheel hub, greatly simplified the structure of the vehicle, improved the efficiency of the transmission, achieved four wheels electrical differential control better. As the PSoC (Programmable System on Chip) with low power consumption, high level of integration, contain a wide variety of dynamic configuration of the " imitate + digital" module, and other characteristics. This article attempts to design an electrical differential control system of In-Wheel Motor Drive Electric Vehicle which based on the PSoC.In this paper, I studied on Ackerman-Jeantand steering model car, detailed analysis on the work mode of Electronic differential, designed a set strategy of four wheels electrical differential control, and the introduction of PSoC; at the same time, studied on PID regulating speed strategy, and completed the design of the power drive unit, provided strong support for stable operation of Electronic differential control system.After simulation and experimental analysis, In this paper, electrical differential program improved the operating efficiency of electric vehicles, achieved the desired effect of differential.
