| Flow cytometry is a biological instrument of high-technology involving with Optic, Mechanics, Electronics, and computer. An overview of the principles of flow cytometry , with descriptions of methods used to measure various cellular parameters and examples of the application of flow cytometry in biotechnology is provided. It has been used widely in cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, hematology, oncology. Most of original FCM domestic use the law of resistance and capacitance. But we adopt the method of laser scattering which is a new method. Through the examination of fluorescence and scattered light which are produced by projecting light upon the unicellular liquid with laser,to analyze the physical property and the chemistry composition of cells.So flow cytometry needs a special optical system.This thesis mainly carries on design and studies to that optical system. |
