| This paper researches on the electric synchronizing type belt closed fatigue life test bed to test the basic principles of the system, and states closed on the electrical synchronizing type belt on the fatigue life test bed developments and trends, and the above method is an ideal loading plan and is going to become a tendency of study on loading technology.In this we study the principle of the synchronizing type belt test system and summarize the development and the tendency of this kind of test system and specify the theory on SPWM and torque controlling, we organize EV3000 (made by Epson company) which is an instrument used to convert frequency and motor which can change speed according to the change of frequency into a synchronizing type belt test system, and driving motor and loading motor are connected by synchronizing type. Using LabVIEW we can write a program to test this system so as to accomplish the test of synchronizing type. Through controlling the torque of driving motor and loading motor by convert frequency instrument we can display and compute relevant parameters on line, further, we can draw curves on torque and power of synchronizing type.Through the experiments, we can draw a conclusion that we can develop a dense integrated and intellectual synchronizing type belt test system on exhausting life fast and effectively through LabVIEW technology and technology of controlling motor mentioned above, further more, can achieve a satisfied result of controlling accuracy and speed. |
