Research On Driving System Of Dynamic Pattern Generator

The dynamic resolution of the aerial camera is an important parameter to test the imaging quality. The dynamic pattern generator is an important subsystem of dynamic resolution measuring system to imitate dynamic target at infinity which is employed to measure the dynamic resolution of the target. The article studied the drive system primarily and discussed the design and the implementation methods of the system which is composed of linear motion device and resolution test panel detailedly.The driver of the system is accomplished with linear motor. The uniformity of the velocity is the most important requirement of the performance requirements. This is different from the traditional position servo system. To improve the precision of the uniformity of the velocity, the system hardware is composed with the high resolution grating ruler, high precision linear motor and the high reliability industrial computer, in the software control, time base control, torque compensation, error online compensation and the tradional PID control method were combined. The article discussed the further developments of the PMAC to satisfy the engineering requirements.
