Development Of Power Detection And Measurement Module Based On Passive Power

In order to improve the old power detection and measurement equipment of Chinese enterprises, a new power detection and measurement module was developed which combined with electronic transformer and has multi-function .which included:The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of old power detection and measurement equipment of Chinese enterprises, and a new scheme of development was proposed; In order to measure the power parameters accurately, ATT7022B a new special chip of power detection and measurement was used .A powerful and low power MCU which name is ATmegal6L was used, and other peripheral circuit was designed with good EMC; This module which combined with electronic transformer closely can measure many power parameters, and solves problems both which cannot measure electricity consumption accurately for enterprises and which cannot measure the power pollution charged by enterprises; Low power chips were used and every part's power has been analysised .A scheme which takes power from electronic transformer can realize passive power; power detection and measurement module can connect PC and other module conveniently ,when connects GSM module ,it can send power parameters remotely by SMS and GPRS, and realize remote monitoring.By a period of time operation, the module's situation of operation is good, measures accurately and meets the design requirements. This study has important practical significance to improve old power detection and measurement equipment of Chinese enterprises. This study solves problems both which cannot measure electricity consumption accurately for enterprises and which cannot measure the power pollution charged by enterprises, and reduces power pollution, improves power quality in power grid. Therefore, the new technology is of promising application prospect.
