| Box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of bridge. It reduces the self-weight that corrugated steel webs are used to replace the traditional concrete web. Compared with traditional concrete box girder, the box girder with corrugated steel webs has superiority economy benefit and social benefit. It has reasonable mechanic property, structural material has the opportunity to bring into fully play and the structure accord with the light-duty demand. For the purpose of developping regulate for fatigue property of this new structure, the dissertation investigates the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel web, using finite element method and experimental study.Firstly, the fatigue examinational researches on girders with corrugated steel webs at home and abroad are reviewed. Then, base on the basic principles of counteractant fatigue methods of steel bridge, the dissertation summarize the requirement in some kinds of Design Code.Secondly, the paper present the safety assessment methods and influencing factors of fatigue life of bridges, pointing out that the present stage study about the fatigue life of composite beams is the use of traditional methods, which based on the S-N curve and test data. Also, computing model and calculation formula under regular range road of composite beams are presented.Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of the related fatigue tests researches of corrugated webgirders, combined with the structural and mechanical properties of composite girders with corrugated webs, the stress distribution in web-flange weld is analysized by a FEA software of ANSYS to give a advice to geometry paramenter of corrugated steel webs.Finally, based on a simply supported beam of 40m in highway between Nan Ning and Bai Se, together with result of the previous chapter, a testing model with was made to research the fatigue properties of PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.
