The several wars in the cross-century originally show the clue of modern war that is information-based. In the future modern battlefield, because many electronic equipments are used, as well as the fast increase of civil information establishment, the electromagnetic signals will be very dense, and form a extra complicated electromagnetic environment.For satisfying the requirement of modern equipments development, Complicated Electromagnetic Environment Generating System simulates a real-time battlefield electromagnetic environment in some sense by generating a wide band, ample patterns, high-density electromagnetic signals, which can provide authentic technical proof to finalize the design of equipments and train the army.This paper introduces research and design of the Dynamic Background Signal Generation System. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of Software Defined Radio (SDR) and the correlative theory of Digital Signal Processing(DSP). And then, the paper makes the whole design of the system, analyses the mathematics model of signal and undergoes the signal' emulational architecture; introduces the hardware structure of the system, brings forward system's working flow and signals' generation, projects data frames' structure of the signal, and makes the exploitation of the system's hardware. Finally the paper expounds the design consideration and idiographic realization of USB control unit.
