The Application Of Oxygen-enriched Combustion Technology In Chain Boiler

The chain boiler of Babaishang coal burning boiler house of No.2 Property Management Company of Daqing Oilfield service Enterprise, has reached the expected standard in heating load, since it was put into commission in 2001. However the energy-conservation effect was inconspicuous in combustion control, that problems presented like uneven distributing wind, incomplete combustion and fume containing a lot of dust and combustible component etc. Through monitoring and analyzing the operation of chain boiler in Babaishang coal burning boiler house, the paper put forward to improve the combustion condition of chain boiler, by applying oxygen-enriched combustion technology to chain boiler. The paper introduced the general research status of oxygen-enriched combustion technology at home and abroad and the energy-saving mechanism, main technical indexes and functional characteristics of oxygen production by membrane method. Also the paper expounded the feasibility analysis and technical implementation scheme of oxygen-enriched combustion technology applying to chain boiler. Furthermore, the paper discussed the content of the experimental study which aimed to research the relationship between the volume and distributing position of oxygen-enriched air and the flame temperature field, combustion efficiency and carbon-content of cinder. The case study of oxygen-enriched combustion technology experiment in Babaishang coal burning boiler house provided reliable experience in applying oxygen increasing for combustion-supporting to chain boiler. By monitoring, testing and analyzing the process of experimental application, the paper found the oxygen-enriched combustion technology exhibits superiorly technical performance, apparent energy-saving, emission reduction effect and could bring both economic and social benefit, which is worth of spreading.
