Energy crisis and the worsening environmental pollution seriously hampered China's rapid economic development, the development and utilization of renewable and clean energy will be the focus of sustainable development of China's economy. Heat pump technology can turn low-temperature heat into high-temperature heat.Much low-grade heat is produced with Oil-polluted water and recirculating cooling water in the oil production. However, low-grade heat will be utilized through energy conversion by heat pump technology. As a result, the effective recovery of energy will create conservation-minded businesses to provide a fuel-efficient and rational using of energy as well as reducing pollution. This paper draw the conclusion that the reasonable use of oil oily wastewater and cooling water, heat, better to meet the field's production and domestic heat-supply are practical and have a certain energy-saving effect, which based on the analysis of the current application of heat pump research and development of Daqing oil field about the choice of heat pump, operating parameters and cost-effectiveness.Since 2002, 10 projects of heat pump unit have been completed and put into production for recovery of low-temperature heat source ,which have achieved good results. In 2008, Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Corporation adopted heat pump technology and put into operation of the installation of circulating cooling water for the low-temperature heat source heat pump works. According to the operating parametens it indicates that the technology can meet the installation, production and the demand of domestic heat-supply,Which provided the basis of the application of heat pump technology and promoted its development.
