Prestressed high strength concrete is known as PHC. On the basis of a sufficient research on manufacturing technique and present situation as well as the developing trend of its application, this project aims at working out a reasonable, advanced PHC manufacturing technique which will suit the practical situation in Daqing Oil field.All technical specifications are met through the whole research work of this project: mix proportion and experimental strength of C80 high strength concrete completely meet the standard; Centrifugal molded piles, thickness, density and geometric dimensional discrepancy are well controlled within the design and specification allowance, with the qualify rate of 100%; Prestressing straining apparatus can meet the requirements for straining program and parameters; prestressing loss is well controlled within the specification and the prestress equals 100% of the design strength; In the specified curing period, concrete strength is above 90% of the design strength and reasonable pile extension technique is finally determined.
