| Because of the surrounding-restriction which comes from the square steel tube, The concrete's ductibility is increased effectively; at the same time, the existent of the central concrete also improves the square steel tube's capability of the partial flections resistance. Concrete-filled square steel tube not only has good performances of bearing,plasticity,toughness and fire-resistance, but also reduce the cost and shorten the time limit for projects.Research of the joint between concrete-filled steel tube and H-shaped steel beam is always a subject which is being studyed by the internal and external engineers. But most of the existing researches focus on the tube column, while the concrete-filled square steel tube research is weak; even most of square steel tube research just stay at the planar-models. but the three-dimensional models which are used widely are few. The standard way of the joint between concrete-filled steel tube and H-shaped steel beam cost steel amount too much, which is uneconomicl. So the research of outer diaphragm joint between concrete-filled square steel tube and H-shaped steel beam is necessary.Based on the calculations and analysis of joints in the national standard drawing between concrete-filled square steel tube and H-shaped steel beam and other 3 groups joint models which derived from above standard model, the bearing performance of outer diaphragm joint under static load and every factors effect the rigid joint performance is studied by using ANSYS. The result indicate that the exist standard is too much safe, the width of outer diaphragm can decrease about 25%; increase the width and thickness of outer diaphragm can improve the elastic limit load-bearing capacity, the later factor has more efficiency and economy . Along with the increase of wall thickness of steel column, the stress from inside outer diaphragm of edge increased while the outside outer diaphragm reduced, and the elastic limit load-bearing capacity increased slowly. Through the result comparison of ANSYS analysis and approximate test, it is found that ANSYS can simulate the test process effectively; most of its results coincide with test.Based on the analysis and summarization above, the paper presents a new joint: vertical stiffener outer diaphragm joint. The bearing performance of outer diaphragm joint under static load and every factor effecting the rigid joint performance are studied by using ANSYS. |
