Composite concrete filled square steel column is a kind of concrete filled square steeltube and special-shaped column combined with new structure. Can give full play to the roleof concrete filled square steel tube of high bearing capacity, good plastic and toughness, hasthe advantages of good fire, and has the advantages of special-shaped column flexiblelayout, architectural form beautiful. In this paper, the bending test, finite element simulationand theoretical calculation of bending properties of T-shape concrete filled square steel tubecolumn section combination.For special-shaped column bending test of concrete T-shaped steel tube combination,load displacement curve, load deflection curves, load strain curves analysis results show thefailure mode of the specimens for the overall flexural failure, single limb as flexuralbuckling failure; bearing capacity with good ductility and high specimen. The stability ofconcrete T-shaped steel tube combined special-shaped column bending.The finite element simulation of the bending test, the ultimate bearing capacity areobtained results: specimens of ultimate bearing capacity is2167KN; specimen two limitbearing capacity is1127KN; ultimate bearing capacity of1204KN three. Finite elementsimulation of bending specimen damage in the form of overall flexural failure. Contrastwith results of test and finite element simulation test results, the ultimate bearing capacityof members: obtained from the test specimen: a limit bearing capacity is2180KN, error andfinite element simulation results is0.6%; two of the ultimate bearing capacity of thespecimen is1231KN, error and finite element simulation results for8.4%test limit; a threebearing capacity is1304KN, error and finite element simulation results is7.7%. And thespecimen form failure for the overall bending. The finite element analysis and theexperimental results are in good agreement, to verify the feasibility of special-shapedcolumn bending test of concrete by using the finite element simulation of square steel tubeassembly. Introduces the calculation method of concrete filled square steel tubular columns underaxial loading, by considering the concrete T shaped steel tube combined special-shapedcolumn in compression and in the micro bending equilibrium state, affect the stiffness,bending deformation, shearing deformation effect with concrete, improve the concrete filledsquare steel tubular shaped column length calculation method of conversion slendernessratio. The test results and finite element calculation results of the regression analysis, getthe buckling stability coefficient, into the bending formula, the calculation results obtainedwith the finite element calculation results and test results. To verify the feasibility of this Tshaped steel tube concrete special-shaped column composed of bending bearing capacitycalculation method.
