To meet modern war's demand, some troop of our army has developed a new type of shallow buried fabricated protective structure. The article, with this new type of protective structure and based on the previous results, makes researches on the designing and calculating method on the condition of chemical explosion.The article introduces the basic principle of structural power response and analyzes the calculating conditions, calculating formula and calculating process of the four kinds of different calculating methods such as empirical formula, equivalent static load, one-dimensional wave theoretical model of beam and one-dimensional wave theoretical model of rigid. Empirical formula and equivalent static load are ,in essence, the static calculating ,which equates dynamic load with static load .However one-dimensional wave theoretical model of beam and one-dimensional wave theoretical model of rigid are the dynamic load calculating according to the time interval analysis. The model of beam discards entire structural sink, whereas the model of steal considers the entire structural sink.By finite element model of these four calculating methods on the same explosive conditions, we got the result that deformation value of the top plate and the experimental value are basically in line with each other. And with empirical formula and equivalent static load, we are on error of 7.5 % and 8.6%; with one-dimensional wave theoretical model of beam and one-dimensional wave theoretical model of rigid, on error of 4.5% and 2.0%. Accordingly, the article suggests the model of beam when fabricated protective structure discards the entire structural sink because it is simple and with less error. On the contrary we suggest the model of rigid.
