In recent years,many cities are building metros and tunnels on a large scale.At the same time,with the development of urbanization and the improvement of urban construction,shallow-buried tunnels are used more and more in practical projects,and the related calculation and design requirements are larger.At the same time,in the traditional handwritten calculation,the calculation and design of tunnel structures are often cumbersome and inefficient.And error-prone problems.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of calculation and design of shallow-buried tunnel structure,this paper uses the methods of literature review and calculation consultation,finite element method and MATLAB design method to study the interactive application system of numerical calculation and reinforcement design of shallow-buried urban highway tunnel based on MATLAB language and finite element method.Users can input relevant parameters in the system,establish cross-section model,click the operation button to start calculation,complete the numerical calculation of tunnel stress and reinforcement calculation,and finally generate the strain map,stress map,displacement map and reinforcement map of the tunnel cross-section.At the same time,the reinforcement map is output into a CAD file.The system studied and designed in this paper can obviously improve the calculation speed and accuracy on the premise of ensuring the correctness of calculation,and has good economic and practical value.The specific work and achievements of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects.(1)By reading the literature,the author summarizes the domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ research on tunnel calculation and design,introduces the development history of tunnel structure calculation theory,and compares the application advantages of MATLAB language and C language.From the related discussion in this paper,we can see that more and more countries have applied the finite element theory to the calculation and design of tunnel structure.At the same time,we can see the advantages of MATLAB in matrix operation and program editing.Then we discuss the engineering background,research purpose and significance of this topic around the research content,and summarize the technical route of this paper.(2)Tunnel structure calculation and design theory is the basis and theoretical basis for editing tunnel program.In this part,the author analyses two calculation theories and normative construction requirements which help to complete tunnel structure design and calculation in detail.Two computational theories include: finite element calculation theory and reinforcement calculation theory;among them,finite element calculation theory mainly analyses: element stiffness matrix calculation,element area matrix calculation,integration of integral stiffness matrix,load analysis and displacement,integration of integral load matrix,treatment of boundary conditions,establishment of basic equation to solve node displacement matrix,and solution of each element’s response.The internal force and displacement of each element are calculated by force and strain,and the reinforcement calculation theory mainly analyses the calculation of large eccentric reinforcement and small eccentric reinforcement.Specification requirements mainly come from "General Specification for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts"(JTG D60-2004)and "Specification for Design of Concrete Structures"(GB50010-2010).The main structural requirements included in the specifications are:structural requirements of section form and size,structural requirements of material strength,structural requirements of longitudinal reinforcement,structural requirements of stirrups,and checking requirements of crack control.(3)The programming theory of MATLAB is to edit the calculation theory into the core process of the application program.In this part,the author will analyze in detail the editing process of the shallow tunnel application system,including the main design commands of MATLAB used in the system,the design of MATLAB in numerical calculation and reinforcement calculation,and the design of GUI interface.Among them,the main design commands of MATLAB include: for cycle statement,if condition statement,function definition and invocation,matrix correlation calculation;the design of each part of the MATLAB in numerical calculation and reinforcement calculation includes: element stiffness matrix calculation subroutine,element area matrix calculation subroutine,integrated overall stiffness matrix subroutine,load analysis and displacement integrated matrix subroutine,processing boundary bar.Subprogram: Setting up basic equation to solve displacement matrix of each node,solving stress-strain subroutine,calculating internal force subroutine,calculating displacement subroutine,calculating subroutine of large eccentric reinforcement,calculating subroutine of small eccentric reinforcement,drawing subroutine;GUI interface design subroutine includes static text box design,dynamic text box design,graphic display design,operation button design.(4)Integrate the whole content into the whole application system,and use abuaqus for comparative analysis.The whole design process includes: input parameters,modeling and meshing,load analysis and displacement,establishment of basic equations,treatment of boundary conditions,completion of numerical calculation,drawing strain diagram,stress diagram,reinforcement calculation and drawing reinforcement diagram.Then the rectangular section,straight wall arch section,circular section,hyperbolic wall arch section,double straight wall arch section and double circular section of shallow tunnel are demonstrated and analyzed respectively.Finally,abuaqus is used to simulate and compare the results.The calculated data of the two methods are consistent with the image display,which verifies the correctness of the application program calculation.
