As an important traffic safety protection equipment, Train Control System has the ability to improve traffic automation and control, operational efficiency and management. CTCS3 control system is based on wireless communication, which realizes wireless connection between vehicle and trackside. So it means more efficiency in transportation. However, until now, the actual CTCS3 has not been put into operation, so the research on the simulation of CTCS3 is significant. The simulation system is based on the real CTCS3 data which is from the Train Design Institute. And in this way, the system can analyses different situations and detects errors before operation. In this dissertation, it represents the research about the standards for CTCS3 and function requirements, and then analyses the structure of simulation system, and finally carry out the simulation of train-carried equipment with Visual C++ language. It describes multi-particle model of EMU (Electronic Motion Union), analyses the computerized calculation method such as braking propulsion, brake and running resistance, and realizes the algorithm calculation of four types of train. Moreover, it shows the curve algorithm of distance-to-go model in high-speed train and the capacity to receive and process information getting from trackside equipments and designs the DMI (Driver Manipulate Interface) with the reference of the design specifications. Meanwhile, it analyses some basic strategies about ATO (Automatic Train Operation), and with the TGFF(Train Group of Flip-flop), it also can depart train automatically and continuously. At last, it records the data collected from the simulation system and analyses the capacity of railway and assess the intervals between trains.
