It provides the basis for taking targeted measures for equipment maintenance, failure handling and emergency plan, eventually improves the quality of equipment daily maintenance, and reduces the occurrence of the on-board equipment failure, or shorten the failure handling time, and also reduces the influence and interference of high speed railway transportation.
