| Pollution flashover of insulators is a key factor which causes trip on power supply of electrified railway, frequent pollution flashover trip is harmful for safe power supply. Water hot washing vehicle which washes the polluted insulators by high resistivity pressure water-column is safe, time-saving, labor-saving and is paid more attention by Railway Departments.Water hot washing vehicle is a kind of mobile water hot washing device, which consists of Control System and Hydraulic System. Control System controls, monitors and protects Hydraulic system, which decides performance of water washing device and security of operator. In this paper, EDA (Electronic Design Automation) technology is adopted, software like Protel\AutoCAD\Multisim\Proteus is utilized, at the same time, by combining knowledge of electron-circuit and theory of electric-control, Control System for insulator water hot washing device is researched and developed, which has some new merits, such as miniaturization, integration, easy manipulation and safety.This paper includes following contents: First, Research and development of hardware for Control System. Control System is made up of three parts, which are Power Supply System, Control of Motor Speed System and Valve Electric-Control System. Power Supply System adopts contact line which is main device and electric generator which is auxiliary equipment, it is safe and reliable. Control of Motor Speed System utilizes frequency control method which is energy-saving and little noise. Valve Electric-Control System is composed of six modules, which are monitoring module, power module, electric adjusting valve control module, display module, water value control module and switch-control module. Second, Programming for Control System. Program is written by C language through Windows integrated development environment uVersion 2 and Keil C51 compiler, and the hex file which can be downloaded on MCU (Microchip Unit) has already compiled. Third, Simulation and Test. Control System is simulated to ensure the correctness of circuit and program, furthermore, outcome of simulation is compared with data of test and the reason of error is analyzed, that improves control precision and saves research time and expenditure.Besides, Double Layer PCB is designed and manufactured, Control System is assembled and tested. Requirements of performance for water hot washing device are achieved finally. |
