| With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid development of science and technology,the number of small and medium-sized cars is increasing year by year.Due to various factors such as environment,the car body is more likely to be polluted,so the demand for car washing is increasing.At present,most of the car washing methods in the market are based on the combination of labor and equipment,which wastes a lot of water resources,and the price of car washing equipment is high.Therefore,the research of energy-saving and environment-friendly automatic car washing system is more and more valuable.This paper studies a self-service car washing control system,which improves the performance of cleaning effect and realizes energy-saving,environmental protection and economic.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the overall scheme of the self-service car washing system and the reasonable and feasible design scheme of each module.(2)This paper analyzes the related technologies and algorithms in the system,including the sensor positioning and control technology to confirm the vehicle driving into the specified car washing place,the vector control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the simulation model in MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the simulation module of coordinate transformation.(3)According to the functional requirements and reasonable analysis of the overall scheme,this paper the hardware circuit of the equipment control core system and the hardware circuit of the peripheral modules are designed.At the vehicle cleaning end,stm32f103rct6 and PMSM experimental development board are used in the hardware design to ensure that the vehicle completely drives into the car washing area,and the ultrasonic sensor to ensure that the distance between the spray bar and the body is at a safe distance.When the vehicle completely drives into the car washing place,the photoelectric switch outputs a signal,which is driven by stm32f103rct6 single chip microcomputer to realize the control of fan,spray valve and spray rod.In order to ensure the cleaning effect,this design introduces the cleanliness image detection module,the pixel base integrated shooting module controlled by stm32frct6 single-chip microcomputer,uses CPLD+SDRAM to collect and cache image data,and adopts the FIFO scheme of "cache the whole frame first,then segment SPI output".It only needs to drive PB module like a low-speed device to achieve high-definition image shooting.After the acquisition,it is transmitted to the computer through 433M wireless module for MATLAB image processing.(4)Completed the software part of the system,realized the position detection,motor drive control,image acquisition and storage module,image processing,external communication module,app development terminal,etc.The user selects different cleaning modes through the mobile app to pay for the order to control the cleaning mechanism,and the administrator can view the car washing data.(5)Simulation and test are carried out on the established experimental platform,and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design scheme.Finally,the key links of the system are simulated and tested on the established experimental platform.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the research and design of the key links in the practical application. |
