Behaviour Study Of Shear Connector In Prestressed Concrete Box Girder With Corrugated Steel Webs

Prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs is a newly developed bridge structure type at home and abroad. It makes full use of material characteristics of steel and concrete.It has been widely applied in Japan,Europe and America because of its good mechanical behavior.In the structure design of prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs, the connections between corrugated steel webs and other parts are critical aspects,which having important effect on bearing capacity of composite beams.The commonly used shear connectors in prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel web include stud connectors, perfobond connectors and embedded connectors. Reasonable design based on the understanding of basic behaviour of those shear connector. On the basis of absorbing previous achievements, this dissertation makes further research on those shear connectors.Main contents as follows:Firstly, using ANSYS,this dissertation makes a nonlinear analysis on stud connectors and perfobond connectors for their stress mechanism and failure modes.Secondly, this dissertation makes parameters researches on stud connectors and perfobond connectors.Thirdly, this dissertation compares finite element results with experimental results of stud connectors and perfobond connectors, revealing rationality of finite element analysis.Fourthly, this dissertation compares finite element results with equation results of stud connectors and perfobond connectors.Finally, this dissertation makes a security verification on embedded connectors of juancheng Yellow River highway bridge.
