Prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs is a newly developed bridge structure form at home and abroad. It makes full use of material characteristics of steel and concrete.It has been widely applied in Japan,Europe and America because of its good mechanical behavior.In the structure design of prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs, the connections between corrugated steel webs and other parts are critical aspects,which having important effect on bearing capacity of composite beams.The commonly used shear connectors in prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel web include stud connectors, perfobond connectors, twin-perfobond connectors and embedded connectors. Reasonable design based on the understanding of basic behaviour of those shear connector on the basis of absorbing previous achievements, this paper makes further research on those shear connectors.Main contents as follows:Firstly, this paper makes a security verification on embedded connectors of juancheng Yellow River highway bridge.Secondly,using ANSYS,this paper makes a nonlinear analysis on perfobond connectors for its stress mechanism and failure modes.Thirdly,this paper makes parameters researches on perfobond connectors.Finally, this paper compares finite element results with experimental results of perfobond connectors, revealing rationality of finite element analysis.
