Pile-net composite foundation's characteristics is that pile and soil share the loads with the cooperation of piles, soil and net. We can cut down the number of piles and construct cost by scientific and rational design. Therefore, pile-net composite foundation was widely applied in the actual project. However, it is little that pile-net composite foundation is reinforcing soft foundation of high-speed railway. In view of the effect of pile-net composite foundation reinforced soft foundation of high-speed railway, the author in the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway test scene, carried on a series of field test. A variety of field monitoring data is analysised for studying how the piles and the soil shared the load, on the pile-net composite foundation under the flexible basis used in high-speed railway. The reinforced effecttion of pile-net composite foundation is analysised and appraised. The validity and dependability of the pile-net composite foundation under the flexible basis used in high-speed railway, is validated.Pile-soil stress ratio is basic notion and calculation index in composite foundation. It points out pile and soil stress distribution, and it need be used both in settlement and bearing capacity calculation. This paper, according to Terzaghi's the computation model of the plane soil arches, based on force balance condition and th characteristics of embankment loads, the formula of pile-soil stress ratio is ratiocinated. Since the field test data and the result of formula carries on the contrast, the formula validit is validated. It is analysised how the pile-soil settlement differential, the pile spacing and the filling soil height influenced pile-soil stress ratio.
