The valve seat ring and the processing of catheter valve cylinder head is the key to machining, the machining accuracy of their performance on the engine has an important impact.The new trial workshops of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. burden the mission of company's new procatheter trial manufacturing and small batch procatheterion, above 20 kinds of new procatheter of cylinder heads are trialed manufacturing every year. This article discusses the craft plan of air valve guide and tire valve sealing tape under the small batch of trial manufacturing condition, and studies it's influence to the cable channel's quality and the valve-seat ring sealing tape's quality ,discovers the appropriate craft plan, causes it to satisfy the quality and how to reduces the procatheterion cost.in the procatheterion cycle foundation.Based on the theoretical analysis and the experiment unifies,we can summarized the craft situation of the tire valve and valve-seat ring under the small batch of trial manufacturing condition. The practice proved that it is feasible to uses the high accuracy the machining center and does not wait for the tooth pitch reamer regarding air valve guide's processing, and it also proved that uses the machining center and the valve-seat ring sealing tape CBN cutting tool to the valve-seat ring sealing tape processing is feasible. Considered the cost and the processing cycle ,in this article we studies the case of using the K10 whole hard alloy tools at machining center processing, and discussed the conformed craft plan used in the workshop.It can understand the influence of quality by analysis the hole and sealed in different Machining center. The different machining center has the different technical process to guarantee. From the analysis and the actual processing to analyze the test results,we know that high-precision machining center vertical machining center is not principal, either vertical machining center or horizontal machining center. It can be understood processing line's further information of different structural style by analysis three kind of modular design formal parsing which uses for the Experimental department machining center.The structure of the three typical forms of tool processing the results of focus are the advantages and disadvantages of each.This article let us understand the influence situation of different technological parameter to leads the cable channel and the race sealing tape quality by analysis and the use the machining technological parameter. According to the tentative data, we can get the reasonable cutting specifications of the cable channel reamer as follows: Vc=40m/min; Fr=0.1mm/r; Ap=0.25mm. Ring sealed valve seat cutting tools with cutting through the determination of a preliminary test, the tool line at the speed of the general situation should be 50m/min, Fr = 0.05mm / r.
