Lubrication is very important to mechanical equipment especially in some conditions which are difficult to supply lubricating maintenance such as high altitude, chemical etching, and poisonous pollution. The parts wear easily if the lubrication is not working efficiently which will cause damage to equipment or even stop the production and lead to huge loss. If the lubrication is guaranteed, the equipment life will be significantly prolonged and raise the benefits.Nowadays,there are many problems not solved in industrial automatic lubrication devices such as the pressure is too low, the amount of oil injected each time is too small and the entire capacity of the oil bag is not large enough so that the device could not work for a long period. These problems are solved and a new kind of automatic lubrication device is explored.First of all, do some comprehensive researches on the automatic lubrication devices both in China and abroad and complete the general design. The newly designed device is controlled by a PIC microcontroller with timing control program to implement each function.Secondly, exactly introduce the theory analysis, mechanical calculation and structure design of the lubrication device which was mainly concerned in both gear box and the spring, piston pump.At last, introduce the control system of the lubrication device. The texts consist of the design of the control circuits based on the PIC16F876A microcontroller and the peripheral circuits. As following, the thesis also introduces the edit, simulation software environment. In the last part of this chapter, the full text of the program is listed.In a word, after lots of experiments and modifications to the design, the new kind of lubrication device is improved in many aspects and had already met the requirement of each design index compared to the same products both in China and abroad.
