The importance of the axial piston pump/motor as the power element in the hydraulic system is self-evident.With the development of modern industry,higher requirements for the performance of axial piston pump/motor are put forward.A new type of multi row axial piston pump/motor,which has the advantages of high pressure,large flow and better balance,will be the trend of the development of the future hydraulic field.Therefore,this paper proposed a new three row type axial piston pump/motor,three row of piston to the specific structure basing on the ordinary axial piston pump/motor principle and design theory as the foundation,for suiting high voltage and high power demanding environmental conditions.Because the new structure is more complex,so the lubrication performance of the auxiliary flow pair is also higher.In this paper,the lubrication characteristics of the first type three row axial piston pump/motor auxiliary oil film are studied.The main work is as follows:The structure and principle of the new three row axial piston pump/motor are analyzed.Based on the design theory of the conventional axial piston pump/motor distributor,the structure of the new distributor plate is analyzed and designed,and its interference is checked.The leakage path of the first type three row axial piston pump/motor matching pair is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the wedge oil film body is established.The leakage of two kinds of oil film bodies is calculated respectively,and the influence of the parameters,such as the angle of the cylinder body and the width of the sealing belt,on the leakage is analyzed.The first class three row axial piston pump/motor plane distribution pair is analyzed,and the friction torque caused by dry friction and liquid friction is calculated.The formula of total friction torque is obtained.Taking the established three-dimensional model as an example,the effects of oil film thickness,cylinder speed and working pressure on the total friction torque are analyzed and calculated.Reynold lubrication equation based on the Newton Raphson iteration and the boundary condition of integral two solving methods for the lubrication seal in the gap of regional flow pressure analysis and solution.CFD's basic equation and discrete difference model are established.The pressure field and velocity field of the first row of three row axial piston pump/motor distributor are simulated by CFD,and the influence on leakage characteristics and friction characteristics is analyzed.
