And the paper also describes the design principle of the protection scheme and the configuration situation of the protection functions.The setting calculation of element protection is closely related to the protection principle, but there is much difference between foreign protection device and domestic protection device on the protection principle and setting's set. So the paper starts a research and analysis on the protection principle and method of setting calculation aiming at characteristic of foreign general element protection, in order to fully play the overall performance of the protection device.
