Research And Development On The Management Of Quality For Automobile Parts Production

As the basis of automobile industry, automobile parts manufacturing is an important factor supporting automobile industry developing constantly. Because of the uncertainty with orders and complex quality controlling at automobile parts production,there are confusion and isolated information island in the production and quality management process, which leads each department fail to work together harmoniously. To enhance the production efficiency and obtain more customers,informationlization management should be implemented in the automobile parts manufacturing as soon as possible.The influential factors during the production and quality management procedure in automobile parts manufacture is analyzed deeply in the thesis. Modes about the production, the quality management and the enterprise management have been summarized. Based on the analysis, a Browser-Server mode is adopted in the design of production and quality management information system. By analyzing features of the system, utilizing the UML tool on requirement modeling, and referring the Model-View-Control structure on JavaEE platform, a decoupled analysis on each structure layer has been preformed, which advised the replacement of the traditional SQL operation to the Hibernate framework, the Aspect-Oriented-Programming on handling transactions and logging in the business layer, the utilizing of Extjs framework for advanced AJAX performing and component-based page design. A role-based competence and security module has been abstracted from the deeply analysis of the enterprise organization structure. In order to exalt the supervision and allocation of resources in the enterprise, a project resource management module and a process monitoring module have been developed which used the Applet and Servlet technology.The key of enterprise resource management is to coordinate all resource in the enterprise , including the utilization of software as CAD/CAE/CAPP. Data communications and message delivery can be implemented through the system. Base on SOA skill, CAPP is successfully communicated with the automobile parts production and quality management system.
