| FA Auto Parts Company was founded in 1956,the main business is designing and manufacturing cooling system.In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy and the trend of economic globalization,FA auto parts company have been subjected to double competition from foreign parts manufacturers and domestic private manufacturers.There is a trend of sales volume increasing year after year but sales profit decreasing at the same time.In such a competitive situation,how to improve the company’s profit margin and how to reduce the cost,has become an important direction of FA Auto Parts Company.In this paper,we try to work out a set of production management optimization plan for FA Auto Parts Company which accords with the actual situation of FA auto parts company.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background of the thesis,the significance of writing and the outline of the main content.The second part is a brief introduction to the basic theoretical knowledge involved,and a literature review.The third part mainly analyzes the status of production management,through the on-the-spot investigation and visit,objectively describe the company’s production process,process flow and management system.According to the analysis of the company’s current problems,finding that the main problems are the production site management confusion,high equipment failure rate,long maintenance time and high rate of unqualified products in the production process.The fourth part is based on the issues raised in the third part,through analyzing these issues come up with the root causes,they are management chaos,equipment management is not meticulous,staff lack of quality awareness.For these problems,we design an optimization scheme that suits FA auto parts company,and adopts the "6s" field management optimization scheme to solve the management confusion,so that the 6s activity can be long-term,lasting and effective thanks to organizing,rectifying,cleaning,cleaning,accomplishment and safety to keep site clean and orderly.Then cultivating their consciousness of continuous improvement.For equipment management,designing and using TPM equipment management program with the "seven-step method" implementation.And organize various training to make all staffs to learn awareness of equipment maintenance and establish equipment abnormal shutdown visual and upgrade process.To ensure equipment failure can be timely maintenance,we take information equipment management system to record the maintenance,repair and spare parts of the equipment,and analyze it regularly.Using scientific and advanced methods to count the number of spare parts.For the waste on the production site,we develop implement total quality management,identify key quality processes,set up total quality promotion group,organize training and publicity,improve the awareness of quality management of all staff.The fifth part introduces the guarantee to carrying out optimization project in FA Auto Parts Company,including carrying out standardization management,strengthening organization construction and building good corporate culture.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. |
