| The Three Gorges Water Power Station is the largest for its capacity in the world. Because the structure of the large hydro-generator is very complex, so the stability of the parts guarantees the stability of the whole hydro-generator. The running hydro-generator have occurred short circuit. The analysis of the stability of the Circuit Rings at Hydro Power Project Three Gorges is done in this paper and the following works are accomplished by using the FEA analysis software, ANSYS:1) Establishing FEA model of the parts of the Circuit Rings by ANSYS, and adding boundary conditions according to actual case;2) Accomplished harmonic magnetic analysis to the Circuit Rings;3) Accomplished static analysis to the Circuit Rings under the magnetic forces.4) Accomplished modal analysis, and obtained its natural frequencies, modal shapes. Accomplished harmonic dynamic analysis to the Circuit Rings and obtained the dynamic response characteristics of it.The results of this paper are rational and can be offered reference to vibration research of water turbine. |
